Changes in Bravado CS

After nearly six months together, the Bravado CS team recently had two departures and two new arrivals.

Leaving the team are Harry "incin" Apostoleris and Giovanni "VamoozE" Bazan, who joined Bravado earlier this year. There was no doubt about the caliber of either of these players, Harry being the former captain of the legendary Damage Control and Gio being well-known as one of the most explosive players in the local CS scene. Harry has decided to travel overseas and is therefore quitting gaming and leaving the organisation. Upon hearing this news, the CS team began considering their immediate future and eventually came to the tough conclusion that Gio was not gelling with the team as well as they would've liked and that they wanted to replace him. The entire Bravado organisation would like to say a sincere thank you to both Harry and Gio for the effort they put in and to wish them the best of luck for their future endeavours.

This of course meant that we needed two new players, who we can now officially announce as Hadlee "Konvict" Smith and Dean "HackeM" Seyfried. Neither of these gamers are strangers to Bravado, with Hadlee being a former member of Bravado and Dean serving as a substitute for most of this year.

Hadlee, age 19 and living in Cape Town, was part of the Bravado CS team which achieved so much success in 2008. He decided to leave Bravado (which was then inactive) for Pantheon in October 2009, which Do Gaming covered in detail here. He then left Pantheon and moved to miNt, which you can read about in an extensive interview here. After a short stint in ESP for RiseUP, Hadlee has finally made his way back to Bravado, where he will rejoin half of his old team.

Dean, age 18 and also living in Cape Town, is well-deserving of his spot after spending many months as a dedicated substitute for our CS team, a role which is never easy. Although he's been playing CS since 2001 and is brimming with talent, he has never really received the top honours even though he's always been part of strong teams. Dean has said that he intends to use his opportunity at Bravado to the fullest.

Bravado would like to welcome both our new players to the organisation and wish them good luck in the many testing matches they have ahead. Check out a full list of both players' achievements below:
