#4 The seedings have been agreed upon by all 3 of the admins. Due to the high caliber of teams entering, it's going to be tough matches for all teams from the first round. Check out the brackets here, on the beta tournament system. We realise that the format is for a double-elim competition, but it still serves the purpose of showing the brackets. There is also obviously no need to click "sign up for the event". See you all at 18:30.
#3 I'm once again pleased to announce another development, namely that we will be providing Shoutcasting for this event. We'll hopefully be using Tjaart "LiveR" Fourie but if not, we're going to get players from the other 6 teams to volunteer. Keep checking the site for more details on the shoutcasting and remember you need one member on at 18:20 and your entire team online by 18:30, in #bravado.
#2 I'm pleased to announce that Pantheon has confirmed their entry, which means all 8 slots have been filled. I'd like to apologise to those teams who did apply for the slot, we will make an effort to host cups which can cater to larger numbers in the near future. Otherwise, Sunday is gonna be epic! Without a doubt we have the best clans in the country participating, I really can't wait!
#1 As it stands now, we have 7 confirmed entries. Unfortunately I have only received about 9 requests in total, which means that we will most likely not be expanding the slots to 16. I'm basically just waiting on Pantheon to confirm by 6PM today, but if they don't I'll give the spot to one of the lower teams who have asked.

The Bravado CoD4 team, in partnership with Kevin "Kev" Woodland, will be hosting a Bravado One Night Cup this weekend.
The cup is taking place this Sunday, the 18th of July and begins at 18:30 sharp. While there can be no guarantees, the cup should easily finish by 21:30. The format for this competition is single-elimination and it will be limited to only eight team slots.
Should there be many more teams interested the organisers will consider expanding the cup to sixteen slots, but this will have to happen before Friday. While the cup is open for any team to enter, the organisers will be deciding which teams get the slots and Premier league teams are going to be given preference. Elite mixes are also going to be allowed.
By Friday 6PM the organisers will publish a finalised list of the eight teams participating and the teams will then be seeded by Kev.
To enter you only need message Kev, r0adrunner or Vitrolic in #bravado on the Shadowfire IRC server. You must specify your five players and any substitutes you intend to use.
At least one team member needs to be online in #bravado from 18:15 on Sunday, as the bracket will be announced just before the cup starts.
The cup is intended to spice up the rather bland competitive calendar this year and will not be giving prizes this time around. Interested teams are urged to speak to one of the three people listed above as soon as possible to ensure a slot.
