Heya guys, I'm just writing this article to inform everyone how the cup on Sunday the 25th will run. ( http://www.gamernet.co.za/tournaments/cups/call-of-duty-4mw/bttr-cup )

The competition will be run in a Single elimination, best of 1 style. In other words, you play one map and the winner goes through to the next stage, the loser drops out.

The final will be best of three(3 maps, first team to win two maps, wins the Cup!)

Knife round:

·Winning team decides to attack/defend first, then this team can eliminate the first map. And the opposing team can eliminate the second map.
· If the winner of the knife round chooses the other team must eliminate first map, then the opposing team must also choose between Attack/defence and the winner of the knife round can eliminate second.

So basically you either eliminate the first map and select sides, or you eliminate second.

Schedule: At the bottom of the ruleset, make sure you're in IRC in #gamernet before 17:00. We will release the brackets at 17:00

Servers: Please book your own server, it can be any ISP(Saix, IS, WAGE or SGS)

Shoutcasting: There will be shoutcasting on http://witscast.gamernet.co.za:8000/ (Use Winamp or VLC to connect) I am not sure exactly which games will be shoutcasted, but the final and the semi's for sure!

Reporting results: Please report all results on our site immediately after playing your game, PLEASE!
